2020. The Year of the Staycay. While I’m not thrilled about my cancelled trip to Ibiza, I’m not mad I have to holiday at home either. As everyone says Ireland is the best place on earth if we could just put a roof on it. While I’m writing up this post I’m looking out at Storm Ellen and thinking about the winter ahead so while the sunshine may be gone, it might be time to buy a nice raincoat and get exploring anyway!
